Service has really gone down hill, my RAV4 was taken in for its 20,000 oil change and checkup, spent an extra hour waiting because my husband was not informed it was ready, no fluids checked, today my husband checked engine coolant and wiper fluid, both had not been filled, engine coolant almost empty, car wash not done, no little extras that are promised at sale. I am an on call nurse and depend on my vehicle, I love Toyota and have always bought, it’s the service at this location that needs lots of improvement, every time my vehicle brought in for scheduled maintenance, has had a poor outcome and service lacked greatly. I spoke with service manager today and feel like I was talked down to, no respect given, just excuses. I am no longer using this location.

i really want to recommend Shottenkirk Toyota of Granbury. They worked with me over the course of 4 days and with me going back and forth trying to pinch every penny they put up with all of it. Ask for my guy Hunter Dennis. He was a lifesaver for me. When its time to buy a car this is the place.

Bought my last 3 trucks from Oscar Black, always a great experience and make sure to say Hi every time I am there. Never a pressure sale, always comfortable atmosphere. Morgan@shottenkrik toyota Granbury I went there today to see if I could trade my vehicle for a newer car. Well, after everything was said and done . I couldn't commit to a deal but from our first interaction to our last Mrs Morgan was very friendly and she worked her butt off to get me the best deal. It was me it wasn't her/them. I will be back once I get some cash on my end. This dealership is the only one that I go to and I live an hour and half away. I have bought two Toyota Camry here and it's because of the best rates and sale people . But once again , Mrs Morgan needs a raise for all the hard work she did today. She never sat down and had the best attitude when working with me all day long. Even when I couldn't make a deal she understood my situation and that goes a long way in my book. Thank you Mrs Morgan and I will see y'all again sooner then later.

These Shottenkirk dealerships are ran ridiculously bad. My brother and I went in on 12/27 and signed off on the purchase of a vehicle located in San Antonio. We were told the vehicle would be brought to DFW either Saturday or Monday. Saturday comes and goes but on Monday my brother receives a call saying the same vehicle was sold on 12/28 in San Antonio. How is it this dealership can run credit, make us wait hours for paperwork to be finalized on Friday for then the vehicle to be sold to someone else the DAY AFTER. This is a breach of contract and will come for them. AVOID THESE SHOTTENKIRK DEALERSHIPS AT ALL COSTS.

Update 12/31/2024: Yes, here with an update! They never ever gave us the time of day, ever. Also, they incorrectly filed our warranty paperwork. The paperwork, we were told, would cover us for 60k miles. The car had about 55k when we got it, so math makes that 115k. Right? Well, not when you file it incorrectly so that you're only covered UNTIL 60k... which we found out when we took the vehicle to a dealer for servicing. We had to call Shottenkirk, then wait 5 hours (they said it would be 15 minutes) for their single, solitary financial person to help... And we only found out it was done because WE called THEM! Mr. Rodriguez, said financial person, had a tendency to interrupt and make excuses, claiming he had to prioritize the customers on the sales floor, never mind the fact that WE were customers that his organization screwed over 4 years ago and he was supposed to be fixing it. And he DID fix it, kind of. He did get the warranty active and extend it to 125k, though personally I find that to be the bare minimum considering I paid for it for 4 years without actually having it. I digress... The real need was his attitude of not understanding why I was upset that it took him 5 hours and would have been longer if I hadn't called, just to fix a screw up that was his company's fault, all the while repeatedly interrupting us and calling US argumentative. So..... We wanted to talk to corporate. We spoke to a different Shottenkirk, and THAT location was helpful over the phone! The GM of that location in Prosper, TX, was appalled at our story, but didn't have a corporate number, explaining that there isn't really a "corporate" to call for the Shottenkirk Group. He also mentioned that most of the Granbury staff was recently let go, calling that location a "Ghost Town." So let it be known, this location is rude, inconsiderate, and slowly going under. Buyer beware! Original: When we bought a vehicle from them, they told us a cosmetic part was left off and needed to be put on soon. This "cosmetic" part was the CV Axle. They still haven't given us the time of day to get it fixed and it's been over a month, almost 2. They keep saying "we'll call you," then they don't, we always have to reach out. Update: still nothing, and it's July. Four months. Turns out the axle is "just leaking." Still. Macon, who was supposed to be getting in touch and seeing this up, is the worst. We had to reach out, and only after months of trying did he ever answer. Still no repairs.

I visited several dealerships before making the drive from Dallas to Granbury, and I’m so glad I made that drive. The service I received at Shottenkirk Toyota was exceptional. My journey began with Michael Buller, who responded to my online inquiry. He promptly answered my questions, sent pictures, and helped me schedule a visit. Upon arrival, I was introduced to Morgan Ashmore, my sales representative. She ensured the Tundra was available and ready to test drive, was friendly, and knowledgeable when answering my questions. Rebecca also took the time to explain all the service options and offerings at Shottenkirk. Tyler was incredibly helpful with my random questions and making sure everything would be taken care of. Finally, I worked with Aryan, who guided me through the financing process. He ensured I was comfortable with the terms, payment details and answered any remaining questions. Shottenkirk Toyota was the final stop in this search for a new truck but won’t be my last. The excellent customer service, transparency with no added fees and overall positive experience made it clear that Shottenkirk is the place to go. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to make Shottenkirk their first and last stop.

UPDATE: TURNS OUT AFTER YEARS OF PAYING FOR THE BROKEN CAR WHICH WAS STILL NEVER FIXED OR ADDRESSED THIS DEALER HAS BEEN ROBBING ME! THEY SELL WARRANTIES THAT THEY DONT HONOR AND WHEN CONFRONTED WILL RUDELY CONFRONT YOU WITH WE ARE BUSY WHATS YOUR PROBLEM AFTER WAITING FOR A CALL FOR HOURS! I CALLED IN AT 9AM TO TELL THEM TO FIX THE PAPERWORK THEY MESSED UP AND WAS TOLD ILL GET A CALL BACK, 4PM NO CALL SO I CALL THEM AND THE MANAGER MR. RODRIGUEZ (NOT EVEN THE SAME GUY AS BEFORE) TELLS US HE IS BUSY AND DOESNT HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH COSTUMERS WHO ARENT IN PERSON! A MANAGER DOESNT HAVE TIMR TO FIX HIS EMPLOYESS MISTAKES! I TALKED TO A SISTER LOCATION AND CONFIRMED THIS LOCATION IS DEAD. THE PREVIOUS STAFF ALL HAD TO BE FIRED DUE TO STUFF LIKE THIS. I PERSONALLY WILL BE TALKING TO A LEGAL CONSULTANT AND I ADVICE ANYONE WHO BUYS A VEHICLE HERE, DONT. IF YOU DO BUY HERE, GET USED TO HAVING TO WAIT ALL DAY FOR HELP AND GETTING SCREWED OVER. BUCKLE UP THIS IS GOING TO GET UGLY. I looked at a vehicle here and was told it's not ready yet but after detailing it would be. I bought it and came back a few days later. The car obviously was a rush job, dirt in the door panels and pieces of rag stuck in the light. I brushed it off and after signing the paperwork was told it's missing an accessory and I would be called when to come back (a second time)to pick it up. I asked what kind of accessory and what exactly is it, to which I was told it's nothing big just purely aesthetic. Two weeks go by with no call and when I call in to check they tell me the people I worked with no longer work there but my CV axle has arrived. For those who don't know what a CV axle is in short it controls the drivability of the car like a link between the steering wheel and axles controlling the tires. When said part starts to go bad it makes a noise and when fully out you will loose total control of the vehicle (imagine that happening randomly on the highway.) I called in for weeks and finally got a manager who told me its no big deal, you'll be fine, your mechanic (as well as the world I suppose because the internet is a thing) is wrong, CV axles go out all the time, and the false information I was given by his employees is not his responsibility (his name was Maccan). I asked to get my money back under lemon law and he refused saying go ahead report us they won't believe you and when I asked for the papers showing the date they ordered the part(I e. How long have they known the vehicle wasn't ready for sale) he said they don't have any! I have never been to a business that doesn't keep track of the money they spend. He offered to fix the car and they'll give me paperwork to show they fixed it (i.e. destroy damning evidence and cover they're tracks because they know what they did is illegal)and then tried to sell me a new Corolla to which I declined and was told I'll receive a call back to discuss the dilemma further. That folks was a month ago and I am still waiting for that call back. I call at least weekly and get told we will call you back every time. These people are lying and will do anything to avoid responsibility once you sign . PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I beg anyone who is thinking of doing business here DONT! RUN, I even spoke to their sister location in Weatherford and they were appalled at the treatment I've received here. Save your money, time, and blood pressure and go shop somewhere else! TLDR: THIS location functions so poorly/illegally everyone was fired and not even the other shottenkirks like them.

The service technician that took my vehicle in, was very attentive and polite. I asked that my seat be returned to the position that it was in when I brought the car in and it was. Also, the cashier was very pleasant and understanding. However, being charged to use my debit card was a little disappointing. I know you will accept cash, but I don’t carry around $150 worth of cash. Who does? Also, I don’t use paper checks. So I use my debit card for all my purchases. It would seem that since you immediately got your money that you wouldn’t charge me to use my debit card.
