Graduating seniors from Granbury Automotive Career & Technology Education Center (CTE) were given the opportunity to tour and explore the Shottenkirk Automotive Group's service centers and shops. Our team members, across different departments, enlightened them about career opportunities in automotive technology. They learned the crucial role each team member plays in an efficient and effective repair service that ensures customer satisfaction. The service advisors briefed the students about the attention to detail while creating repair orders and receiving customers. Our parts department elaborated on the importance of inventory control. The on-hand availability of correct parts helps technicians and customers, and it makes the repair process smoother. The students witnessed demonstrations from the general and specialized technicians on how they solved daily problems using the necessary tools, made diagnoses on minor and major repairs, and the standard of professionalism our team members uphold. We are eager to see the careers of these graduating seniors and the progress of the rest of the students in the program.
